Shipping policy

We process and ship all orders on the same day if placed before 2 PM EST (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and shipping carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please first contact your local carrier. While we’ll do our best to assist, we are not liable for packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
